They are compliant with SFF-8472 and SFP+ MSA, SFF-8431 and SFF-8432, IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-ZR/ZW, FCC 47 CFR Part 15, Class B and Telcordia GR-468-CORE.
    Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interfacee, as specified in SFF-8472 . The optical transceivers comply with the requirement of RoHS.
