TM-4DDDG/GD-243E bi-directional 10Gb/s (SFP+) transceivers are compliant with the current SFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Specification. They comply with 10GBASE-LR/LW Ethernet, SONET OC-192 / SDH and 10G Fibre Channel 1200-SM-LL-L.
The optical transceiver is compliant with RoHS requirement.

Product Description

The SFP+ transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data rate of 10Gbps and 20km transmission distance with SMF.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a Un-cooled DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement and SFF-8472 digital diagnostics functions.
